How Inner transformation with MeditationKriya is possible with simple Mindfulness activities. Most people are acting out today because of conditioning of the past, whereas past is gone & situations may have changed or we do want them to change. If we are limiting our actions based on our past conditioning then how can we expect new beginning.
#MeditationKriya focusses on current moment & current moment may be different from our past conditioning. Clarity of perception comes when we observe our conditioning by freeing our past & being this state of the moment. If we can understand our own suffering we can understand ourselves better.
Somethings we keep on doing even though not required as sometimes we overeat whereas we were full, we keep on watching a TV channel even though we don’t like what’s going on screen. We need suffering to understand happiness. Seed to sprout it has to be needed in the soil, so understand like this happiness is sprout & suffering is soil. You can get over from the suffering & will blossom once you know why we behave how we behave.
When we understand our suffering the inner transformation happens because at that moment you know how you can achieve happiness. Once we understand our perception of things we will be able to understand others. When we accept ourselves we will be able to love others also. Others may have their own perception of things because of their own conditioning & we can’t change their perception but if we know ourselves better we can deal with them better with compassion & protecting our own hurt.
Other people also have an inner child in them who is compassionate & looking for love. If we are acting & behaving with them in response to our conditioning then we are not connecting to their inner child. Connecting with others inner child can bring peace & love in most of the relationships.
Wehn we are connected with our own inner child when we are compassionate, we can love ourselves & others transformation begins. It’s a journey to go within.
