Meditation is a spiritual practice that is tried and tested and found in most cultures under one name or another. #MeditationKriya Technique is different from other forms of methods of meditation because this Meditation Kriya is formed from person to person what works for you. There are many books that have been written about the topic, from meditational journeys on the Qabala or using meditations as alternative medicine.
