What is Mindfulness
General Wise mindfulness is to live in the present moment with full awareness of individual feelings and expressions of mind. In short, it is the state of mind that we can acquire instead we inherit it. In our surroundings, we find some people are more mindful than others. The reason may be due to they have possessed this pro meditation quality, by more skilled in showing a presence of mind to the events of life. As I have mentioned earlier that mindfulness is a practice, it connects our body with our mind through the use of our breathe and mind combined deeply with ourselves. As a result, we can live in the moment as we can.
